Browning on the TurboGrafx‑CD thrusts you into a fast‑paced side‑scroll where you control the X‑BR Browning, a heavy‑armored mech equipped with a rapid‑fire Vulcan gun. The suit can hover briefly, letting you glide over gaps or dodge a barrage, while an automatic force‑field recharges whenever its energy dips, keeping you in the fight as long as you don’t let it hit zero.

The game is split into five sprawling stages, each timed and packed with enemy waves that force you to balance aggression with careful navigation.
