Summary

Cross Wiber: Cyber‑Combat‑Police drops you into the shoes of a special inspector tasked with defending Earth from a fresh alien menace. Years after the events of Cyber Cross, the galaxy’s peace is shattered when the warlord Duma rallies a fleet of extraterrestrial forces against humanity. The game’s retro TurboGrafx‑16 graphics showcase neon‑lit cityscapes and gritty industrial zones, each level pulsing with the urgency of a looming invasion.

As Wiber, you launch a relentless counter‑attack, navigating side‑scrolling streets and skyways while blasting through Duma’s minions. The control scheme feels tight, rewarding precise jumps and rapid fire, and the soundtrack’s synth‑driven beats keep the adrenaline high. Every boss encounter feels like a showdown between Earth’s last hope and the alien commander’s brutal tactics, making Cross Wiber a memorable slice of early ’90s action that still feels fresh for anyone who loves a good retro challenge.
