Summary

Zool no Yume Bouken (often just called Zool) drops you into the 2345th dimension where a ninja‑like hero darts through six distinct worlds, each split into three stages. The platforming feels fast‑paced: you can run, jump, cling to walls and fire at the oddball enemies that litter the levels.

Scattered throughout the stages are a handful of quirky power‑ups. Hearts trade away a life for a temporary boost, smart bombs clear the screen, shields grant brief invulnerability, and a super‑charged jump lets you vault higher than ever. The most mind‑bending aid is the twin Zool – a delayed echo of your movements that mirrors your actions a few seconds later, opening up clever puzzle possibilities.

The options menu lets you tweak the experience without breaking the flow. You can toggle between two difficulty levels, crank the game speed up or down, decide how many continues you get, and even swap the soundtrack between a rocking beat or a funky groove, giving the retro adventure a surprisingly personal touch.
