Summary

Super Loopz feels like a love‑letter to the original Loopz, but with the SNES’s palette and sound chip turned up to eleven. The graphics are noticeably sharper and the soundtrack fresh, yet the core puzzle loop remains a hybrid of Tetris‑style dropping pieces and Pipe Dream’s pipe‑building logic. Randomly‑shaped tubes cascade onto the board; you rotate and slot them together, hunting for closed loops. Once a piece lands it’s permanent, unless you trigger a special item that erases every fragment of an incomplete loop it touches. Every tenth completed loop whisks you to a new level, keeping the challenge ticking upward. Imagineer handled the SNES release, giving the sequel a tidy home on the classic console.
