Play Super Ice Hockey Online

Summary

Super Ice Hockey lands on the Super NES/Famicom as a niche but charming take on the sport. While it never saw a North American launch, the game made its mark in Japan and Europe, offering a crisp 16‑bit ice surface and simple controls that feel right at home on the classic console.

What sets it apart is the focus on international competition: every roster reflects the national squads that were active in 1994, so you’re pitting country against country rather than club teams. This global angle gives the title a distinct flavor, letting players experience a snapshot of the world’s hockey scene at that moment, without the clutter of domestic league structures.
