Play Super Bomberman 5 - Caravan Event Ban Online

Summary

Super Bomberman 5 marked the last Bomberman adventure to appear on the Super Family Computer, Hudson Soft’s final push for the SNES in early 1997.
The title arrived in two distinct cartridges: a regular version and a limited‑edition gold cartridge that could only be obtained through the pages of CoroCoro Comic.
That shiny gold edition wasn’t just a collector’s item—it added a handful of exclusive battle‑mode maps, giving fans a fresh tactical playground beyond the standard lineup.
Because the extra stages were tied to the magazine giveaway, they quickly became a talking point among Japanese players, turning the gold cartridge into a small piece of gaming folklore.

Storyline

Super Bomberman 5 – Caravan Event Ban pits players against the tyrannical Emperor Terrorin, an evil Bomber who wields the power of Time. He has broken the prison cells orbiting Planet Bomber and released a host of criminal Bombers, scattering them across a warped time‑space continuum.

Shirobon, Kurobon and their companion Louie (Rui) must battle through a series of stages to recapture the fugitives. Their ultimate test is a showdown with Emperor Terrorin himself.
