Play Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha Online

Summary

Street Fighter EX + Alpha is a curious footnote in the fighting‑game world, surfacing on the SNES as an unlicensed release aimed at South American gamers. Its origins are murky – no developer or publisher is officially credited, which adds a layer of mystery to the cartridge’s existence.

Visually, the game leans heavily on the aesthetic of the Street Fighter Alpha series, swapping the usual 3‑D polygons for hand‑drawn 2D sprites. Many of the character models look like heavily reworked Alpha assets, giving the impression that the sprites were ripped, tweaked, and presented as original artwork. The result is a hybrid look that feels both familiar and oddly off‑kilter, especially for players accustomed to the official releases.
