Summary

SD Kidou Senshi Gundam 2 is a colorful shoot‑'em‑up that lets you pilot super‑deformed Gundam mechs across scrolling battlefields. The art style leans into the cute, chibi versions of the classic mobile suits, giving the action a playful vibe.

As a direct follow‑up to the Super Famicom’s SD Kidou Senshi Gundam: V Sakusen Shidou, the game expands the roster to three selectable pilots, one of which is the returning Knight Gundam from the first title. Each character feels distinct enough to encourage a few playthroughs.

What really sets it apart is the two‑player option: you can team up in co‑op mode or go head‑to‑head in a competitive showdown, making it a great pick for friends who love both fast‑paced shooting and the Gundam universe.
