Play Rise of the Phoenix Online

Summary

Rise of the Phoenix lets you step into the chaotic final years of the Qin dynasty, where the only way to claim the empire is to crush the rival forces and seize every city. You start by picking one of two historic warlords—Liu Bang or Xiang Yu—and then raise taxes in the territories you already control to fund ever‑larger armies. Each conquered city becomes a new source of revenue, letting you field more troops and push the front lines farther west. The game offers both a solitary campaign against a clever AI and a split‑screen duel where a friend can match your strategies in real time. Victory comes when the opponent’s army is annihilated and every Chinese city flies your banner.
