Summary

Ranma 1‑2 – Ougi Jaanken turns the classic rock‑paper‑scissors hand signs into a frantic falling‑block puzzle. Hands drop three at a time, each showing rock, paper or scissors, and you rotate the trio to stack them just like Tetris. When a hand defeats the one beneath it—paper over rock, scissors over paper, rock over scissors—the lower piece vanishes, sending a line of garbage to your opponent’s screen. The goal is to cram your rival’s board until no more blocks fit, while juggling the occasional special attack that each character unlocks after a big combo. Both players also get a single bucket of water per round, which temporarily transforms a cursed character into a weaker form—though it never touches Akane or the Gambling King. The Japanese title mixes "ougi" (secret) with "jaanken" (a dark twist on janken), while the furigana reads Guu•Choki•Pazuru, literally "Rock‑Scissors‑Puzzle." Famicom Tsūshin gave the game a modest 20 out of 40 on release.
