Summary

Nichibutsu Collection 2 is a curious grab‑bag of retro titles that originally hit the Japanese market in 1996 under the Nichibutsu banner. The compilation feels like a time capsule, stitching together a handful of obscure arcade and console gems that never saw a wide release outside Japan. What makes it stand out is the way each game retains its original quirks—whether it’s pixel‑perfect graphics, odd control schemes, or the occasional hidden cheat code—while the SNES hardware gives them a surprisingly smooth performance. For anyone who loves digging through gaming history, this collection offers a rare glimpse into the more experimental side of 80s and early‑90s game design, all bundled in one nostalgic cartridge.
