Play NHL Stanley Cup Online

Summary

NHL Stanley Cup on the SNES was a trailblazer, using the console’s Mode 7 graphics to give the illusion of three‑dimensional ice action. All 26 NHL franchises of the era are represented, each with its own blend of strengths and weaknesses, and while the game lacks an official players association license, the roster numbers and skill ratings mirror their real‑world counterparts.

The game lets you guide your chosen club from the regular season straight through to the eponymous Stanley Cup, delivering a full‑season experience in a single cartridge. North American releases even include a handy language toggle, letting you switch between English and French right from the main menu.
