Hungry Dinosaurs takes the classic Othello formula and drapes it in a colorful dinosaur theme, turning a familiar board‑game challenge into a retro‑gaming showdown. Each turn you drop an egg onto one of the 9 × 9 squares, and when you sandwich a line of an opponent’s eggs between two of your own—horizontally, vertically or diagonally—that whole line flips to your colour.

The game is timed in rounds, and after the clock runs out the player with the most eggs on the board claims the round. A match strings together several of these timed rounds, letting the lead shift back and forth as strategies evolve. Unlike the two‑player board version, Hungry Dinosaurs lets up to four gamers compete simultaneously, turning each round into a chaotic scramble for territory.
