Play Chester Cheetah - Too Cool to Fool Online

Summary

Chester Cheetah: Too Cool to Fool is a quirky side‑scrolling platformer that lets you control the Cheetos mascot as he dashes through colorful levels, stunning foes by leaping onto their heads. Each stage hides a secret “scooter” segment that rewards exploration, while Chester’s health is tracked with tiny Cheetos paws instead of a traditional meter. The instruction manual is infamous for its Engrish line, “As is Chester Cheetah way, is one‑person play,” a clumsy attempt at Dr. Seuss‑style rhyme that has become a meme among retro fans. Critics were split: Electronic Gaming Monthly gave it a solid 77 % (31/40), Electronic Games praised it with an 82 % score, yet Time Extension later listed it among the worst SNES titles. Despite the mixed reception, the game’s odd charm and hidden scooter bonuses keep it a memorable footnote in early‑90s console history.
