You pick from three distinct heroes – a tough guy, a fierce woman, and the robot Slammer – each equipped with unlimited punches and kicks plus a character‑specific weapon; the man’s lightning blast becomes a flame thrower in this port. Energy collected from enemies fuels powerful specials, from Karen’s nuclear missile to Scooter’s bomb‑teleport trick, and even the robot can unleash a ballistic strike.

The game’s six (or eight, depending on the version) missions are peppered with hidden foes lurking inside everyday objects, and taking down certain aliens releases floating skulls you can shoot for extra lives or energy. Storyline

In Alien Storm for the Sega Master System, Earth is under attack by a homicidal alien race. The only line of defense is the special forces unit known as the Alien Busters. The team normally includes Karen, Garth and the robot Scooter, though the Master System version omits Karen and renames the characters. In this version Karen is absent (called Karla in some releases), Garth appears as Gordon in some versions, and the robot is called Slammer. The Busters fight to stop the invasion and prevent world domination.
