Summary

Virtual Bart lets you hop into six wildly different mini‑games, each pulled straight from the chaotic world of The Simpsons. One spin of the roulette‑style wheel drops you into Jurassic Bart, where you roar and tail‑smash primitive Springfield citizens as a dinosaur, while Baby Bart has you parachuting with a diaper and firing pacifiers after escaping an ice‑cream truck. In the pork‑factory level you become a pig, flipping levers to free your comrades, and the Class Picture stage has you hurling tomatoes and eggs at classmates without hitting any adults. The water‑slide dash at Mount Splashmore rewards quick reflexes with power‑ups like extra time and a temporary surfboard shield, and Doomsday Bart thrusts you onto a motorcycle racing through a post‑apocalyptic Springfield in a 3D rear‑view chase. Each round is timed, health‑bars (except in the picture stage) shrink with each hit, and corn‑dog pickups restore life, keeping the frantic pace relentless.

Storyline

In the Sega Genesis title *Virtual Bart*, the adventure begins at an elementary school science fair where Martin Prince unveils a virtual‑reality device that showcases six educational exhibitions. Bart sneaks in, triggers a malfunction, and finds himself strapped into the machine, forced to navigate each of the six virtual programs as separate stages. To break free, he must successfully complete every program before the system crashes; doing so lets him escape and even prompts Homer to step into the device afterward. If the player reaches a Game Over, Bart is ejected from the machine looking ill, having failed to finish the full sequence.
