Play TNN Outdoors Bass Tournament '96 Online

Summary

TNN Outdoors Bass Tournament '96 rolls out as the follow‑up to the original TNN Bass Tournament of Champions, keeping the core fishing‑sim feel while nudging the graphics a notch higher. The game drops you onto three iconic Great Lakes—Lake Erie’s western Michigan/Ohio stretch, Lake Huron, and Lake Superior—where every factor from temperature and wind speed to the time of day and shifting weather can tip the balance of a catch. Each session kicks off at 7:30 AM and runs until sunset, when boats must return for the weigh‑in ceremony. Players can either roam free in a casual fishing mode or dive into tournament play, but before any line hits water you’ll need to outfit yourself with lures, rods, reels, lines and a boat; the best gear only becomes affordable after you start racking up prize money. Though the Genesis version mirrors its PC counterpart’s structure, the console sticks to a straightforward top‑down view, letting the lake conditions do the heavy lifting in this teen‑targeted, North‑America‑only release.
