Play Tecmo Super Hockey Online

Summary

Tecmo Super Hockey brings the NHLPA’s roster of early‑90s stars to the Genesis, letting you skate with the era’s top talent. The game offers a solid mix of modes: quick exhibition matches, a full‑season campaign that tracks player stats, and even an All‑Star showdown for the best of the best. Controls feel familiar—pass, shoot, slap‑shot, and fake‑shot buttons are all there—but the real kicker is the inclusion of fighting, a rarity on hockey titles of the time. Two‑player action is seamless, so you can square off against a friend in any of the available modes. All of this makes Tecmo Hockey a surprisingly deep and gritty slice of retro sports gaming.
