Storyline

Their anniversary celebration is cut short when Skate discovers their house wrecked and Adam missing, a photo of him chained at Mr. X’s feet left as a taunt.

The Syndicate has reclaimed the streets: gangs roam the parks, bomb‑wielding bikers patrol the night roads, and daylight beatings and lootings are commonplace. With former allies either fired or transferred, Axel and Blaze can’t rely on police backup. They recruit Skate and former wrestler Max Thunder, forming a quartet determined to rescue Adam and end the new nightmare.

Together they battle through Wood Oak City to a desolate island hideout, face the bodyguard Shiva, and finally defeat Mr. X. Adam is saved, the heroes escape in a helicopter, and the city’s darkness is lifted once again.
