Summary

Powerball throws you into a chaotic 100‑yard arena where eight nation‑based squads battle for supremacy with a single, oddly versatile ball. The hybrid rules let you either sprint into the opponent’s end zone for a three‑point touchdown or blast the ball into a guarded net for a one‑point goal, and the action kicks off with a frantic scramble of five players per side. You can pick from teams like the USA’s Rough Riders, Japan’s Samurais or the USSR’s Cossacks, and as you conquer the league new squads—Mexico’s Aztecs, Germany’s Knights, Canada’s Mounties and France’s Legionnaires—join the fray. Exhibition matches let you jump straight into the mayhem, while league play adds a strategic layer: earned bonus points can be handed out to teammates to boost their stats. The blend of football‑style runs, soccer‑style kicks and rugby‑like tackles makes every play feel fresh, and the ever‑present goalkeeper adds a tough obstacle to any scoring attempt.
