Play Mulan Online

Summary

The Sega Mega Drive version of Mulan brings Disney’s iconic heroine to the 16‑bit world with a surprisingly gritty edge. While the game rides the familiar beat‑em‑up formula, its development traces back to a team of former Chuanpu staff, giving it a distinct, almost underground feel compared to the polished Disney titles you’d expect. Officially, the cartridge was put out by the obscure publisher X Boy, but collectors have uncovered a second pressing that omits the X Boy logo entirely, leaving the true source of that run a mystery. This dual‑release quirk adds a layer of intrigue for retro hunters, turning a simple movie tie‑in into a small piece of console folklore.
