Summary

Haunting Starring Polterguy (often just called Polterguy) lets you chase the greedy Sardinis out of their homes by turning ordinary household items into hilarious, creepy or downright disgusting weapons. I love the frantic rush of converting a lamp, a toaster or even a rubber duck into something that makes the little green foes squeal and scatter.

The game’s unique 3/4‑view perspective gives the action a fresh, almost cinematic feel, and the 16 MB of graphics pop with gross special effects and bone‑chilling sound bites. With over 400 distinct fright items, each triggers its own quirky reaction, and the five spells—Zom‑B‑Ize, Supr‑Scare, Boo‑Doo, Ecto‑Xtra and Dog‑Off—add a strategic layer when your ectoplasm supply starts to dwindle.

Beyond the chaos, there’s a “killer” dungeon that branches into twelve different paths, encouraging repeat runs to discover every hidden surprise. It’s a perfect blend of humor and horror that keeps me coming back for more mischief.
