Summary

F1 Circus MD (Ｆ１サーカスＭＤ) rolls onto the Sega Mega Drive as a 1991 racing title from Nihon Bussan, continuing the spirit of their F1 Circus series. Though the game never left the Japanese market, its sleek cartridge art and the promise of Formula 1 thrills made it a curious footnote for collectors hunting Mega Drive gems. I find it fascinating how this regional release captures a slice of early‑90s motorsport enthusiasm, offering a glimpse into the era’s niche racing experiments.
