Summary

Devil Crash MD is the Japanese Mega Drive incarnation of the occult‑themed pinball game that first appeared as Devil's Crush on the TurboGrafx‑16. When Tengen brought it overseas they renamed it Dragon's Fury and swapped out the pentagrams for generic stars, even turning a coffin‑with‑crucifix bonus stage into a harmless vase. The playfield stretches three screens high, scrolling freely as the ball ricochets across a macabre landscape of skulls, skeletons and demons, while three pairs of flippers give you plenty of control. You can nudge the table for a tactical edge, but push the tilt too far and the flippers lock up, costing you the ball. After you max out the score, the game throws a surprise final‑boss showdown on a tiny, tight‑walled table, adding a burst of action before the credits roll. One quirky detail: the Genesis version lacks a battery backup, so high scores vanish when you power down the console.
