Summary

Asterix & the Power of the Gods lands you on the Sega Genesis with a bright, cartoon‑style take on the classic comic world. You can pick either Asterix or his hulking friend Obelix, each offering a slightly different feel in combat and movement. The game strings together more than twenty stages, each dressed in its own cultural palette – from the bustling streets of ancient Lutetia to the sun‑baked sands of Egypt, the scholarly corridors of Alexandria, and the mystic arches of Mesopotamia. Visual cues shift as you progress, giving each region a distinct atmosphere while keeping the fast‑paced platforming intact. The final stretch lands you in a Roman setting that caps the journey with a satisfying sense of closure.
