After a bizarre dream of playing with Chop Chop Master Onion, Lammy wakes up with only fifteen minutes left and must overcome a series of absurd obstacles – putting out a fire with a hose she imagines as a guitar, being mistaken for a pregnant woman and soothing newborns with a baby‑shaped instrument, and even piloting a plane by treating its yoke like a guitar. When her original instrument is lost, she builds a new one from a tree with the help of a beaver named Paul Chuck, pretending her chainsaw is a guitar in the process.

In the Japan/PAL version, a slip on a banana peel sends Lammy to a Hell‑like netherworld; the U.S. version has her belt snag on a door, launching her onto a volcanic island. There she is forced to perform for the idol Teriyaki Yoko, confronts her evil twin Rammy, and finally returns to Earth via a fax machine. The band reunites just in time, and MilkCan delivers their concert to cheering fans.

Completing Lammy’s story unlocks a side chapter starring PaRappa, where Katy enlists PaRappa, PJ Berri and Sunny Funny to help prepare for a live show, sparking PJ’s ill‑fated attempt to start his own rock band.
