Storyline

Lenny has betrayed Solomon Caine, a powerful crime lord, and now works for Alvaro Vasquez, the head of a tattooed Brazilian mob. The hunt spans four cities—Chicago, Havana, Las Vegas and Rio de Janeiro.

In Chicago, Lenny’s meeting with a Brazilian enforcer ends in a gunfight; the Brazilian is killed and his tattoos reveal a link to Vasquez. Tanner and Jones go undercover, learning that Lenny’s money‑laundering skills are coveted by both Caine and Vasquez, and that his actions have sparked a gang war. Their trail leads them to Havana, where they disrupt Vasquez’s operations but watch Lenny escape on a ship to San Diego.

The detectives then head to Las Vegas, where Caine assigns Jones to locate Lenny while Tanner helps destroy Vasquez’s supply depot. The chase culminates in Rio, where Vasquez discovers Jones’ true identity and Lenny attempts to flee by helicopter. After a rescue, a shoot‑out brings down the chopper, Tanner captures Lenny, and the two crime lords ultimately reconcile.
