Storyline

*Dino Crisis* is set in 2009 on the fictional Ibis Island, where the Secret Operation Raid Team (SORT) dispatches an agent named Tom to investigate a mysterious research facility. The facility is run by Dr. Edward Kirk, a world‑renowned scientist presumed dead three years earlier, who is secretly developing a weapon that harvests energy directly from the air.

SORT then sends four operatives—Regina, Gail, Rick and Cooper—to capture Kirk and return him to custody. The team parachutes onto the island under cover of darkness, but Cooper is blown off course, ends up in the jungle and is brutally killed by a Tyrannosaurus, a fact the others never learn.

The player assumes the role of Regina, a capable red‑haired commando serving as second‑in‑command to the tough leader Gail. As they navigate the secret government complex, they must survive time‑displaced dinosaurs that have infested the facility while trying to secure Dr. Kirk for extraction.
