Storyline

Kenny has just been appointed warden of the Mesa Grande Prison and is throwing a celebratory party. At the gathering McClane chats about the dangerous inmate Klaus Von Haug and meets casino owner Reese Hoffman and his secretary Elena Goshkin. The festivities are cut short when a prison riot erupts and Von Haug escapes, forcing McClane back into action against a new wave of terrorists. As the story unfolds it’s revealed that Kenny, Reese and Elena are secretly behind the plot to seize control of Las Vegas, and McClane systematically eliminates each conspirator, saving Kenny for the final showdown.
