Storyline

Serge, a teenage boy from the fishing village of Arni, vanishes while strolling the shore with his sweetheart and awakens in a reality where everyone believes he died ten years ago. Realising he has slipped into a parallel world, his only wish becomes finding a way back home while uncovering why the dimensions split in the first place. He soon teams up with the feisty thief Kid, who is also hunting the legendary Frozen Flame, and together they travel across the tropical archipelago of El Nido.

Their journey pits them against Lynx, a shadowy panther who swaps bodies with Serge using a Dragon Tear, and his mysterious companion Harle, a harlequin‑clad girl sent by the Dragon God. Along the way the Acacia Dragoons, Porre’s elite forces, and various allies from the island’s diverse inhabitants join the fight, each reacting to their alternate‑world counterparts. The duo’s quest to retrieve the Frozen Flame leads them to the Dead Sea, Chronopolis, and ultimately Terra Tower, where they confront the supercomputer FATE and the Dragon God itself.

After defeating Lynx and sealing the split, Serge uses a Time Egg to enter the Darkness Beyond Time, destroying the Time Devourer and restoring a single timeline. The ending hints that Kid—revealed to be a clone of Schala—continues searching for Serge, leaving their future open to interpretation.
