Storyline

Suikoden Tierkreis takes place in a parallel world of the Suikoden multiverse, a realm called the Infinity that hosts many diverse nations, tribes, and races. Humans coexist with Roar—small goblin‑like beings—Porpos‑kin, which resemble penguins or dolphins, and the horned giants known as Auster.

The player assumes the role of an energetic, unnamed youth from Citro Village. He becomes entangled with a mysterious cult called the Order of the One True Way, which preaches a fatalist philosophy that the future is already written. The Order seeks to impose its doctrine of “One World! One Future!” on every nation.

To stop them, the hero must gather the legendary 108 heroes and confront the Order’s leader, who plans to summon the being known as The One King using the power of the Chronicles—memories from different worlds. The ultimate goal is to prevent the One King’s arrival and the deterministic fate the Order wishes to enforce.
