Summary
Playing Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure feels like juggling two games at once. On the DS’s top screen I fight as the dashing British explorer, bashing enemies and dodging platforms, while each foe drops onto the touch screen where I scramble matching colored blocks to keep the puzzle arena from overtaking me. Linking three or more clears the enemy, fuels the Super Meter and even lets the quirky “Tea Time” mode drop in—a mecha‑suit that makes Hatsworth temporarily unstoppable. The overarching quest is to uncover the mysterious Golden Suit that allegedly controls the Puzzle Realm, pulling me through five exotic worlds and over thirty stages, some of them tucked away as hidden levels. Storyline
Henry Hatsworth, a dapper explorer, sets out to recover the lost pieces of the Gentleman's Suit, a magical armor that lets its wearer open a rift to the Puzzle Realm. The first piece, a golden bowler hat, creates the portal and grants him control over that parallel world. He hopes to stop monsters from crossing over and to claim the riches inside. His assistant Cole tags along.
As Hatsworth gathers suit fragments, each grants a new technique, but the final "master piece" is needed to seal the realm. Rival Weasleby obtains it first, declares himself a god, and kidnaps Cole. Hatsworth defeats Weasleby, only to learn the rival is a robot built by a disgruntled Cole. Cole’s anger stems from being treated like a child and never allowed to adventure.
Cole unleashes his greatest creation, The Machine, to stop Henry, but the hero overcomes it and finally secures the master piece. With it he seals the Puzzle Realm, ending the monster invasion. The credits reveal the fates of the main characters. The game’s worlds include Mysteria, Skysland, Atlantia, Tealand and the Puzzle Realm itself.
