Storyline

In Dream Chronicles for the Nintendo DS, you play as Faye, a mortal woman whose husband Fidget and the whole town of Wish have been plunged into a magical slumber. A fairy queen named Lilith has cast a dream‑spell that traps everyone in deep sleep, but Faye awakens alone. She discovers a diary left by Fidget, revealing his hidden fairy heritage and the secret that his parents, Aeval and Tangle, were the first to love across the fairy‑mortal divide. The diary explains that Lilith intended Fidget to marry her to amplify her power, yet he chose love with Faye instead.

Guided by clues, a talking plant called Herbert, and scattered puzzles, Faye journeys through the haunted forest toward Lilith’s mansion. She briefly reunites with Fidget, only for Lilith to snatch him away and cast another sleep on Faye. The game challenges you to collect clues, solve riddles, and lift the enchantments to free her family and uncover the fairy realm’s hidden past.
