Summary

Super Speed Race 64 takes the core of Automobili Lamborghini and pushes it further, delivering a sharper racing experience with refined handling and visual tweaks. The game feels like a polished sequel, even though it shares the same tracks and car roster, because the developers fine‑tuned the physics and added subtle graphical upgrades. It’s a perfect example of how a regional update can breathe new life into an existing title.

Released exclusively in Japan, this enhanced version never saw an official Western launch, making it a hidden gem for collectors. The limited distribution means that many Western fans only know the original Lamborghini game, while the Japanese market enjoyed the extra polish and extra content that Super Speed Race 64 offered.
