Storyline

Rat Attack! pits players against two mutated lab rats, Washington and Jefferson, who were sent into space decades ago. After a mishap they returned to Earth forty years later, super‑intelligent and intent on enslaving the planet with a massive rat army.

The world’s felines form the elite Scratch Cats under genius Professor Rex Julius, who outfits them with gadgets to eliminate the pests humanely. Special agent Pearl is dispatched to investigate, but the rats trap her in a laser cage guarded by giant robots. Along the way the Cats encounter the mysterious Atomicat, a cat held captive by the insect‑king King Scarab.

After clearing each infestation zone, the Scratch Cats storm Washington and Jefferson’s space base for a final showdown. They defeat the villains, but the pair escape in their ship, whisking away King Scarab.
