The team built it from a patchwork of sources—recorded footage and photos from the original showcase, data unearthed in the Gigaleak, and even hidden assets discovered on an overdumped F‑Zero X cartridge.

The project’s goal is to deliver a mostly faithful recreation of that brief, pre‑release glimpse, but because the demo was never a full game it can’t be played from start to finish. Instead, players choose from three distinct “tours,” each mirroring a separate segment shown at the 1997 event.
