Summary

Flying Dragon lets you build the fighter you’ve always imagined, thanks to a surprisingly deep customization screen that feels more like a creator’s toolbox than a simple character select. You can shape everything from movesets to visual flair, turning each of the over twenty playable warriors into a personal avatar.

The title splits its combat into two distinct experiences: an RPG‑style adventure mode and a more traditional “virtual” tournament. In the Western release these are labeled “modes,” while the original Japanese version refers to them as “games,” a nuance that even shows up in the advertising.

Beyond the fighters, the game boasts roughly two hundred items to discover and equip, and you can stash your custom creations on a Controller Pak for quick pick‑up. That means you can take your personalized roster to a friend’s couch and jump straight into a match, swapping characters on the fly for endless replay value.
