Storyline

Duke Nukem: Zero Hour throws the gum‑shoe hero into a time‑bending alien invasion. The extraterrestrials aim to erase Duke’s ancestors and rewrite history, so they first unleash chaos in modern New York, where Duke teams up with Marines and fights his way to the Statue of Liberty.

A sudden teleport sends him to a bleak future where the aliens have won and humanity teeters on extinction. With a rag‑tag resistance at the ruined U.S. Army headquarters, Duke learns that the invaders are using a time machine to plant bombs in the Old West, the Victorian era and beyond. He battles period‑appropriate weapons, destroys a super‑soldier carrier, stops a core‑detonation in Roswell and slays a zombified Jack the Ripper in fog‑filled London, even blowing up a Zeppelin on the way to an alien‑occupied castle.

The final showdown brings Duke back to Manhattan, where the alien mothership looms over the skyline. After wave after wave of enemies, he confronts the mastermind Zero on the rooftops, defeats the giant brain, and restores the original timeline.
