Summary

Roll-chan 4 upgrades the heroine’s arsenal with the New Roll Buster, a charged shot that feels like a tiny laser cannon in the palm of her hand. The charge mechanic adds a satisfying risk‑and‑reward rhythm, letting you hold the button for a burst that can punch through the toughest enemies. I’m constantly surprised by how the simple addition reshapes the pacing of each level.

Equally charming is the roster of sidekicks: Tango, a robot cat that literally transforms mid‑battle, and Eddie, a walking canister that waddles along offering quirky support. Tango’s shape‑shifting attacks give you a playful edge, while Eddie’s canister‑style abilities feel oddly strategic, turning a seemingly ordinary object into a useful ally. Together they make the action feel like a chaotic, yet oddly coordinated, circus of metal and mayhem.

Storyline

In the year 20XX, peace seemed to return after the death of Dr. Wily, but the calm was brief. A new threat emerges in the form of the mysterious Dr. Cossack, who vows to end the world’s safety. His hidden agenda is to eliminate Roll by unleashing his own Robot Masters against her. The world now faces a fresh danger that eclipses the previous conflict.

Roll‑chan 4 puts the heroine in the driver’s seat as she decides to strike first. She must defeat each of Cossack’s Robot Masters before they can capture her. Only by clearing the robotic gauntlet can Roll confront Dr. Cossack himself and demand answers. The game’s story revolves around this urgent race against time, turning Roll into the decisive force against the new villain.
