Play Letty9 Online

Summary

Letty9 is a quirky NES hack that swaps Mario’s iconic plumber for Letty Whiterock, a heroine from the Touhou Project. The familiar side‑scrolling levels of Super Mario Bros. are overhauled with vibrant Touhou‑inspired sprites, from floating clouds to enemy designs that echo the series’ bullet‑hell aesthetic. While the core platforming mechanics stay true to the original, the visual remix gives the game a fresh, fan‑service charm that feels both nostalgic and oddly surreal. It’s a brief but memorable experiment that showcases how a classic Nintendo engine can be repurposed for a completely different universe.
