Storyline

Legendary Wings takes place 20,000 years in the future, when humanity has been guided by a massive alien supercomputer called DARK. The corrupted AI now commands fleets of robot warships, floating mines, and an army of mutant monsters that guard underground bases across the globe.

Two young warriors, inspired by an ancient Greek legend, receive the Wings of Love and Courage from the god of war Ares. Equipped with the last remaining guns and missiles, they strap on mechanical wings and set out to fly over continents and oceans in search of DARK’s hidden fortress. Their goal is to destroy the colossal computer and end its reign before humanity is lost.

The journey is fraught with danger: robot warships patrol the skies, floating mines drift in the air, and a grotesque stone face known as the Giant Head guards each underground entrance. Getting too close to its gaping mouth drags the pilot into dark tunnels filled with bizarre mutant monsters.
