Summary

Kyuukyoku Harikiri Koushien is a Famicom baseball title that stands out thanks to its sheer roster depth – you can pick from close to a hundred different teams, each with its own quirky flavor. Instead of the usual laundry‑list of baseball statistics, the game boils player ability down to two simple numbers: strength and speed, forcing you to judge talent at a glance. A handy power meter adds a layer of strategy; timing its use can swing a tight inning in your favor and give your squad the edge it needs. The combination of massive team selection and the minimalist rating system makes the experience feel both familiar and oddly fresh for a retro sports game.
