Summary

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade lands on the NES as a faithful side‑scrolling tribute to the 1989 movie. You guide Indy through recreated set pieces, from crumbling catacombs to a swashbuckling chase on a moving train, each stage trimmed to fit the 8‑bit format. The game distills the film’s adventure into bite‑sized challenges, letting you dodge rolling boulders and confront familiar foes with simple jump‑and‑shoot controls. While the storyline is streamlined, the familiar locations and the occasional iconic dialogue cue keep the spirit of the treasure‑hunt alive. It’s a compact, nostalgia‑rich experience for anyone who grew up loving Indy’s classic escapades.

Storyline

"Step on it, junior!" Grab your bullwhip, dust off your fedora and dive into the NES adventure Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. You become Indy, racing across three continents in six arcade‑style action stages to hunt the Holy Grail.

The mission is to rescue your dad, recover lost relics and protect the Grail Diary from the Gestapo. Along the way you choose where to search – from Brunwald Castle to Iskenderun and finally the Temple. The final levels pit you against Nazis, spies, tanks and traitors, and there’s no silver medal for finishing second.
