Summary

Dance Aerobics lets you turn a living‑room floor mat into a mini‑studio. Using the side B of the NES Power Pad—a 4 × 3 grid of twelve pressure pads—you follow an on‑screen aerobics instructor with both feet and, on tougher routines, your hands. Each missed step adds to a mistake counter, and ten slips will end the set, while a successful run earns a pass stamp you can later use to skip that level.

In Normal Mode you start with four classes that gradually unlock four more, and the score begins at 100, dropping by ten for every error. The routines begin slow and simple, then pile on speed and complexity as you progress.

Pad Antics Mode swaps the workout for a musical playground: Tune Up lets you compose melodies by stepping on the outer pads, Mat Melodies challenges you to echo short tunes, and Ditto mixes hand‑and‑foot cues in a Twister‑style call‑and‑response.

Aerobics Mode re‑uses the original four songs but removes the level‑up pressure—your counter can hit zero while the music keeps playing, giving you a chance to keep dancing without unlocking new content.
