Storyline

Detective Frank Harris is thrust into the cartoonish alternate dimension known as Cool World, where living doodles roam. The balance between our world and Cool World hinges on the Golden Spike of Power, an artifact safely stored atop the Ocean Hotel in Las Vegas. A scheming doodle named Holli Would wants the Spike so she can become a real human, a move that could ruin both realms.

To achieve her goal, Holli ripped a map of the interdimensional tunnels into five pieces and scattered them. Frank must track down each fragment while battling Holli’s cartoon henchmen. He also receives help from members of the Popper Police, his allies from the film, as he races to stop Holli’s plan and restore the Spike’s protection.
