Storyline

Chou‑Wakusei Senki – MetaFight (often just called MetaFight) is set on the distant planet Sophia the 3rd, a thriving world in the heart of the Epsilon Galaxy. In the year 2052 of the space‑age calendar, the Invem Dark Star Army, commanded by the feared tyrant Goez, launches a full‑scale invasion and quickly conquers the planet. The Science Academy of NORA, a research satellite that miraculously avoided the takeover, scrambles to build a versatile combat vehicle known as the Metal Attacker. Young soldier Kane Gardner is selected to pilot this last‑ditch weapon, and the game’s opening cinematic shows the Metal Attacker being dropped straight into the battlefield to challenge Goez’s forces.
