Storyline

In the classic NES Castlevania, players take on the role of Simon Belmont, a descendant of the famed vampire hunter who once defeated Count Dracula. A century after his ancestor’s triumph, Dracula reappears, and Simon ventures into the monster’s sprawling castle to put an end to the renewed threat. The game’s ultimate objective is to confront and defeat Count Dracula himself, along with the ominous Curse of Man, at the conclusion of Stage 18, which triggers the castle’s collapse.
