Summary

Barker Bill's Trick Shooting is a NES light‑gun shooter that turns a classic carnival into a fast‑paced target range. Using the Nintendo Zapper, you pull the trigger at balloons, flying plates, or falling objects while trying not to hit the cartoon characters that wander the screen. Each of the four game modes rewards you for daring timing – the closer a target is to disappearing, the higher the points. The game hands you ten chances to start, and a hit on a sparkling diamond restores one.
"Balloon Saloon" has you pop 100‑point balloons without striking the friendly dog from Duck Hunt; "Flying Saucers" swaps plates for points that rise from 100 to 500 as they near the ground; "Window Pains" forces you to aim only through open windows, with row‑based scores. In the extended "Fun Follies" stage you cycle the earlier challenges, then face Trixie's coin toss and Bill's high‑speed egg and tomato throws, which can net up to 1,500 points.
Allgame rated the title 3.5 out of 5 stars, while Game Freaks 365 gave it an 83% (B) score in 2005, calling it a respectable if not groundbreaking carnival shooter.
