Storyline

In the year 5012, the planet Abadox is swallowed whole by a massive alien organism called Parasitis. The creature assumes the shape of the planet itself and begins hunting other worlds across the galaxy. The galactic military launches a desperate assault, but Parasitis wipes out every ship except a lone hospital vessel that carries Princess Maria. When the hospital ship is also consumed, only one pilot remains: Second Lieutenant Nazal, the sole survivor of the fleet. Nazal’s mission in the NES title Abadox is to penetrate Parasitis’s body and rescue Princess Maria before the alien can devour any more planets.
