Play Hole in One Special Online

Summary

‘Hole in One Special’ builds on the quirky charm of its predecessors, ‘Hole in One’ and ‘Hole in One Professional’, but it finally lands on the MS‑X2 platform where the hardware can really shine. The developers squeezed the MSX2’s enhanced palette and sprite handling into a crisp, colorful golf‑themed puzzle that feels noticeably richer than the earlier versions. You can see the sharper backgrounds and smoother animations, especially when the ball rolls across the scrolling greens. It’s a neat showcase of what the system could do without sacrificing the simple, addictive gameplay that made the original titles a cult favorite. For anyone curious about the MSX2’s graphical potential, this title is a perfect demonstration.
